Обязанности:

Поиск и подбор кандидатов по заданным параметрам
Проведение первичных интервью и оценка кандидатов по телефону
Ведение базы резюме кандидатов
Создание стратегии поиска кандидатов
Анализ рынка и предложений конкурентов
Анализ причин отказа конкурентов, подготовка предложений по увеличению конверсии
Массовый подбор
Поиск новых путей привлечения кандидатов

Требования:

Опыт работы в аналогичной должности
Опыт работы в охранных предприятиях приветствуется
Знание основ рекрутмента
Навык проведения первичных собеседований
Умение работать с ПК, Excel, Битрикс24
Грамотная устная и письменная речь
Организаторские способности
Высокий уровень ответственности
Готовность к работе в быстром темпе
